Yes, you have full control over your data in the FastID app. You can update your profile and settings at any time.
Your main profile is the primary profile linked to the email address you used to create your account. A sub‑profile allows you to add multiple people—such as family members or friends—within the same account. Sub‑profiles are managed by the account owner, and the person added must give permission.
No worries! Your FastID data is stored in a secure section of your phone and is encrypted. Even if someone breaches your phone’s security, your identity remains protected through biometric data or a password. Since your data is stored only on your phone, you will need to create a new digital ID when you get a new device.
